What the heck do I eat?

This title of a great book says it all really. 

The world of nutrition is vast with paleo, ketogenic, vegan, pescatarian, but get this NO ONE FITS ALL.  We are all individuals and need to nourish ourselves with what best suits our constitution.  I have studied nutritional therapy and used food as medicine for years with myself, my family and my clients.  The difference that a change in what and how we eat can be so supportive to your health and wellbeing.
