  • What makes a good retreat

    No matter if its a mini retreat, day retreat or longer, we aim to support you in leaving more relaxed, grounded and centered.

    The recipe we use is a bit of restorative yoga, some mindfulness, maybe some creative activity or walk in nature. Yin yoga and yoga nidra are also part of this recipe and not to forget some healthful food and drinks.

  • Venues

    Venues are a big part of the overall experience. For a mini retreat, a day retreat or residential we aim to find the right places for you to feel relaxed and restored.

    We are always happy to hear of new retreat venues.

  • Collaboration

    For my retreats I collaborate with the amazing Yoga teacher Lisa Russell of Iwi Yoga.

    Lisa is a fellow Restorative yoga teacher, also teaching Yin, Hatha and mindfulness.

    Both Lisa and I are passionate about supporting people to find the parasympathetic nervous state of rest and relax.
